WMATA Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority
MMD is Associate Architect, collaborating with Gensler’s DC office, on the project. The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority announced that it selected the site near New Carrollton station for new office space. The planned New Carrollton building sits adjacent to the Metro station there. Eventually, the plan is for 2 million square feet of mixed-use to be added to the site.
